I was born and raised in Orrville, Ohio! I’ve had a job since the day I could get my work permit. I started working at Old Carolina bbq where I worked until I decided I wanted to find somewhere I could grow a bit more. I then went to work at Lowes learning as much as I could about the home improvement business, meeting connections, and learning about all of the materials/processes used. After that, I got an offer to come work with my cousin at his painting business, and I stayed there until I had a better opportunity arise to become the village network’s designated painter/drywall contractor. It ended up not being full-time work so I started going out and looking for extra side work just to keep me busy. I then found that I liked doing residential repaints a lot more than just being at the village because it was always something new that brought us to where we are now!

 I chose painting because it made perfect sense to me and I felt like I was truly good at it. On top of that, I absolutely loved the energy on job sites, and getting to jump to a new work site almost every week.  We specialize in just about any coating you can use but our favorite jobs to do are interior repaints with lots of drywall repairs needed so the before and after really pops. Cabinets are probably tied for first as well, as a good cabinet job can transform your house more than almost any other area!
